Registered patent is valid for 20 years from the date of filing.
The renewal fees must be paid at the beginning of each year following the date of the application.
Industrial Design
Time frame to complete the process is 4 to 6 months.
Registered Industrial Design is valid for 5 years from the date of registration.
Renewable for two additional periods of five years. The maximum period of protection is 15 years.
